All large, heavy items need special packing and shipping via freight carrier.

All of our most popular products our stocked in several of our own warehouses across the contiguous 48 United States. The products that are not stocked in our own warehouses are shipped direct from the many manufacturers distributors that we work across the contiguous 48 United States where we pay our employees to ship our orders directly to you. We have a very high in-stock rate of our orders placed with us of 99.6% and if your order is out of stock after your purchase we will notify you and give you a full 100% refund as soon as we know it is out of stock at the location it was placed with. We do not have the ability to verify stock as we have endless resources to get your wanted products and many other dealers pull from the same resources. In all honesty if your order is time sensitive and you need a guarantee then buy it locally and not over the internet, catalog, or over the phone with any dealer or person.

Order Processing

Our process starts the very second you place the order and your payment will be charged to you immediately. When you place your order by 11:59PM CST then if in stock in our own warehouse it will ship the following business day however if it is not in stock in our own warehouse then we will have it shipped from the manufacturers distributor assuming they have it in stock.Very simply put our order processing before it actually ships can take 1 to 3 business days.

Time in Transit

Our shipping charges are determined by the total true weight of your order, including applicable sales tax from our corporate office in MN. We ship products anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States and our preferred carrier is UPS Ground. After your order has gone through the processing as stated above it can take 1 to 6 business days.

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO's, or FPO's.
